Year 6

Children should spend a minimum of 30 minutes on homework assignments set.

The homework tasks will include:

• An English writing task
• A reading comprehension task
• Weekly spellings to learn
• My Maths Activity

Further homework tasks from time to time may include other subjects, such as Religious Education, History, Geography and Science or a project linked to the current topic. Children are usually given longer in which to complete such tasks.
